Jewellery Tuition
Kate is now offering expert private tuition from her Leicestershire based workshop. Excellent to give as an alternative present or just to treat yourself. These enjoyable sessions can be tailored to suit your requirements and are suitable for those with no previous experience of jewellery making, as well as those looking to improve their skills and learn more specialised jewellery making techniques.
Kate can offer either one-to-one tuition, or two-to-one if you prefer to come with a friend. All tools and equipment are included in the tuition fee and silver can either be bought on the day or brought with you.
Sessions available include:
5hrs from £130 one-to-one or £180 two-to-one
(Can be taken as 2 individual 2hr 30min sessions or as a 1 day session)
10hrs from £260 one-to-one or £350 two-to-one
(Can be taken as 5 individual 2hr sessions or as 2 day sessions)

An ideal workshop for those who love silver jewellery and want to try their hand at producing original pieces to wear and impress friends. Kate will guide you through making up to three silver rings using both sheet and wire, and use techniques including soldering, forming, sawing, hammering and filing to produce a high quality finish.
Earrings & Cufflinks Workshop
£58 per person to include all tools and equipment - Suitable for beginners and improvers

This workshop offers the opportunity to have a go at making drop, stud and hoop earrings and/or a pair of cufflinks . Kate will ensure that even the most novice participant will be able to create original and wearable jewellery to impress your friends. You will be able to explore surface decoration techniques and use both silver sheet and wire. This workshop will introduce you to techniques including soldering, doming, sawing, hammering and filing.
Bangles & Bracelets
£60 per person to include all tools and equipment - Suitable for beginners and improvers
